1) The Rocks - This area in the city marks where Captain Arthur Phillip established the Sydney settlement in 1778. Now filled with pubs, restaurants, colonial churches, shops, street entertainment and an exciting weekend market, the Sydney travel attraction is ideal for a walking tour.

2) Sydney Harbour Bridge - One of the city's greatest attractions is the Sydney Harbour Bridge, which offers panoramic views of the city, harbour and ocean. Enjoy walking across the bridge on one side or rent bikes and ride across on the other.

3) Bicentennial Park - Part of Sydney Olympic Park at Homebush Bay, Bicentennial Park is ideal for outdoor and nature-based activities. Enjoy a barbeque or picnic here or enjoy the surrounding bike paths or playgrounds.
